Returns Policy

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange, if, they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:
  • Items are returned with carriage paid.
  • Items and packaging are received in a saleable condition, as received.
  • Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
  • Items that have been specially designed, customised or special order at the customers request cannot be refunded.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.

(We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

Carriage paid to receive or return item(s) will not be refunded.
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

All returns are to be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and full contact details of the buyer, detailing a reason for return. Please help us to help you by completing the relevant returns form.
    
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage and any documents as you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
    
You must obtain & complete a Returns Form before returning any goods.

Supertec Racing are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Damage - Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with carrier damage and photographic proof, within 2 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Deposits - On any non-stock or special order item we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 50% to 100% of order value to the customer’s credit/debit card, which is non-returnable in the event of customer change of mind once processed.

Before returning any goods please contact us via email to confirm the return and then proceed to send the goods back to us to the address we provide.
