The CCB-R disc design has undergone several months of design, development and simulation work to ensure we have selected the optimum carbon ceramic construction method as well as key focus on disc cooling optimisation by way of directional internal cooling vane design and surface ventilation. Our aim if to have the highest quality product that will offer high performance for both street and track day use. 

Each disc is manufactured using a 3D composition of long length continuous carbon fibres arranged into a matrix offering multiple benefits over conventional carbon ceramic discs (CCM) or otherwise made using short length fibres.

All our discs feature a highly durable and wear resilient silicon carbide (SiC) layer resulting in extreme hardness (approx 9 on the Mohs scale).

Note:

*Optional lightweight rear bell with out steel insert for handbrake and is for off road and track use only. Handbrake will still function and can be used as normal but using it while in motion will wear away at the alloy bell. 

*For road use, rear bell will come with a steel insert for handbrake functionality. 


Each set comes complete with lightweight billet 7075 T6 aluminium bells and are hard anodised for durability and protecting against the corrosion and oxidisation and a fully floating stainless steel bobbins with titanium grade 5 bolts washer and nuts to fasten the disc to the bell.

*Important: If using the car for track days ensure you have adequate cooling mods by way of cooling ducts/air guides. Ensure you do cool down laps and when returning to the pits, do not keep your pedal depressed while the car is static and the brakes are hot. In addition you can monitor brake temperatures via the calipers or the discs using temp paint or temp decals.
